Odunsi Law is a full-service firm based in Port Coquitlam, BC. We represent our clients in a wide range of practice areas, with most files in civil litigation. We are unique in that we provide services in both English and French (French ability not required for this role but is a strong asset). We run a paperless, cloud-based practice, and lead with empathy and professionalism.

CHANCE

We are looking to add a legal assistant to our growing team. The assistant will provide support with firm files and administrative matters. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, attentive to detail, and has a proven interest in the legal field. The Company will provide computer and remote-work necessities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

- $38,000-40,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada




- Valid BC driver's license (class 5) and vehicle
- Reside in Vancouver lower mainland
- Experience working in litigation
- Excellent knowledge of BC court rules and procedures
- Superb written and spoken communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Organized, and able to manage and anticipate competing priorities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Independent and resourceful

PREFERRED
- Completion of a Legal Assistant program, or a combination of equivalent education and experience

DETAILS
- Job type: Full time
- Pay: $38,000-40,000.00 per year
- Location: fully remote (in-person duties where required)
- 9-5, Monday to Friday
- Reporting to lawyers
