The InterLibrary Loans (ILL) and Media team provides resource sharing services to SFU students, faculty, staff, and partner libraries worldwide. The team processes borrowing and lending requests, delivers digital and physical materials, supports media bookings and streaming, and ensures timely access to scholarly resources beyond SFU's collections. By expanding access to information and supporting teaching, learning, and research, the team contributes directly to SFU Library's strategic priorities.

About the Role

Join the SFU Library's InterLibrary Loans and Media team and play a key role in connecting the SFU community with scholarly resources from libraries around the world. This position supports teaching, learning, and research by processing borrowing and lending requests, delivering physical and digital materials, supporting media bookings, maintaining library systems, and providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and partner libraries. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help ensure timely access to information while contributing to workflow improvements, staff training, and service excellence.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with library technologies, participate in ongoing service enhancements, and support initiatives that improve resource sharing and access to collections across SFU and beyond.
