Role Description The Licensed Wealth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area, supporting an advisory team in delivering comprehensive wealth management services to clients. This role involves assisting with financial planning, insurance reviews, preparing investment proposals, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
The Licensed Wealth
Associate will handle client inquiries, support account administration,
and coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely execution of trades and transactions. The role also includes monitoring client portfolios, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to the ongoing refinement of client service processes and advisory practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Investments skills, with the ability to support the development and review of client wealth strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills, enabling effective portfolio analysis, data interpretation, and recommendation support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and a client-focused approach.
- Relevant securities and licensing credentials required or eligible for registration as per regulatory standards in British Columbia.
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or a similar financial services environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency with financial software and office productivity tools.
