We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will operate and maintain precision machining equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in CNC machinery, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive the production of complex components that meet strict specifications.

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe, CNC milling machines, and other machining equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models using SolidWorks and other CAD software.
- Program CNC machines utilizing Fanuc controls and CNC programming skills to produce high-quality parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of machining tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and welding equipment to assemble components as required.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment and forklift operation when necessary.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Machinist with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models; experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and CNC lathe/milling machines is essential.
- Basic math skills for measurements, tolerances, and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Ability to use calipers, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures including forklift operation and welding safety standards.
- Experience with lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
