Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Millwright to join our dynamic mechanical team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and mechanical systems across our customer's production facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and continuous operational efficiency.

Duties

- Install, align, and assemble machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints with precision.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes of issues.
- Repair or replace worn or damaged parts, including welding components and working with boiler or HVAC systems when necessary.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track maintenance activities.
- Conduct electrical work with industrial electrician experience, ensuring low voltage systems are compliant with safety standards.
- Read and interpret schematics for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to facilitate accurate repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and optimize equipment performance.




- Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs for all repairs and inspections in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Valid license as a Millwright with proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, particularly in low voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, HVAC systems, boilers, welding techniques, and industrial electrical components.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling and documenting maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and procedures to maintain a protected working environment.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex machinery issues efficiently.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues swiftly.
