Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).

Current Basic Cardiac Life

Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications: Must have more than one year trauma experience and surgery experience. Must be versatile and adaptable to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Must not have any restrictions to walk, push, pull, transfer, bend, and carry. N95 fit tested. MyLearningLink modules must be up to date or in progress.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, must not have current activity restrictions, such as pulling, pushing, reaching and bending. Strong leadership skills and strong patient teaching skills.
