What the position involves You will complete residential plumbing service repairs, installations and troubleshooting. You will communicate directly with customers, explain your findings clearly and help them understand their available options.

This role includes

- Diagnosing plumbing problems and recommending appropriate solutions
- Completing plumbing repairs and fixture installations




- Communicating professionally with customers
- Providing clear information about the work required
- Keeping customers and the office updated
- Completing accurate job notes and documentation
- Protecting customers’ homes and leaving work areas clean
- Taking ownership of each service call from arrival through completion
- Asking for guidance when needed without requiring constant direction

Requirements

- Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Plumber (306A)
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
- Residential service and repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Commitment to safe, code-compliant workmanship
