Royal Building Supplies is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Lift Truck/Fork lift Operator for the NIGHT SHIFT. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of building supplies. Candidates must have well developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of drywall, insulation and steel studs is an asset. You will also be a team player, able to operate effectively and safely in a fast paced, multitask oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Load/unload materials in a safe manner, material handling
- Check invoices to verify proper quantities
- Prepare orders to be shipped
- Fill customer orders according to invoices
- Basic Math Skills
- Customer Service
- Sign and date customer orders
- Stock handling, manually lifting over 50kg at times
- Report damaged material or equipment to supervisor




- Daily Circle Check for lift truck
- Advise Supervisor of low inventory levels
- Operate equipment in a secure manner
- Proper conduct and respect when interacting with fellow employees
- Work inside and outdoors, all season weather
- Adhere to Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Housekeeping mandatory
- Any duty your Supervisor deems necessary
