Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Burlington office building. Evening light duty cleaning focus on floor cleaning.

Work Days: Monday to Friday - 2 hours per shift, starting after 5:00 pmThis office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job. - General dusting, vacuuming, mopping

- Emptying garbage and recycling

- Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
- Spot Cleaning of walls and glass

- Sanitizing touchpoints

- Additional tasks as requested
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible





- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client

- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies

QUALIFICATIONS

- Communicate in English both written and verbally

- Strong attention to detail
- Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings

- Works well independently and in a team workplace

- Be able to work consistent weekend shifts
- A vehicle to commute to work locations

- Have a criminal record check

- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
