We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen staff. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to creating delicious meals and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties

- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Support the cooking team with various tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in food handling and preparation.
- Responsible for end of day procedures.
- Food Safety Certificate not required, but considered an asset.

Skills





- Experience or knowledge in food handling and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others.
- Basic understanding of cooking methods and ingredients used in meal preparation.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry.
