Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients to support the kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Help with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper food storage.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks under supervision,



contributing to the preparation of menu items as directed.
- Support hospitality efforts by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment behind the scenes.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, cleaning procedures, and food handling practices is advantageous.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking can help you excel in this role.
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to deliver excellent service in busy settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are essential for success in this position.
