Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a rapid-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our restaurant's standards of excellence.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.




- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
