We are currently recruiting cooks and chefs with a pro-active and motivated attitude, extreme attention to detail and a passion for exceeding expectations. An ideal candidate will have proficiency working pasta. They must be very organized and comfortable in high-pressure environment, and must skillfully be able to work with top quality ingredients.

They must also be able to give inventory within their section, work independently, as well as follow very specific orders handed down to them by the Chef.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Culinary diploma (recommended)
- Cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Understanding of professional line cooking and knife handling
- Ensuring restaurant standards are met at all times
- Have proficient leadership and organizational skills
- Possess a very robust work ethic
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
