We're a family-owned, Kansas City-style barbecue restaurant located in Vaughan, known for slow-smoked meats, southern hospitality, and a team-first kitchen. We're looking for a full-time line cook to grow with us as we expand our operations.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare meats, sides, and sauces according to our trusted recipes and kitchen procedures
- Help maintain proper prep levels and stock rotation
- Keep your station organized, clean, and ready for action
- Work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen where communication and teamwork matter

Who We're Looking For:

- At least 2 years of kitchen experience (preferably in a fast-paced or scratch kitchen)
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a love of BBQ culture
- Someone who shows up ready to work hard and have fun doing it
