Duties

- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a steady workflow

Experience

- Previous line cook experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant experience within fast-paced or fine dining settings
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including proper knife skills, sanitation procedures, and allergen awareness
