Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow during busy periods
- Monitor food quality during cooking processes, adjusting seasoning and presentation as needed to meet standards
- Follow serving procedures to ensure dishes are presented attractively and served promptly to guests




- Support inventory management by rotating stock, minimizing waste, and notifying management of supply needs

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and learning
- Prior experience with meal preparation, food industry operations, or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles within a restaurant setting is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness at all times
