Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and garnishing to ensure quality presentation
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and tasks
- Follow all safety protocols related to food preparation, storage,



and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and excellence

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience in meal preparation and serving in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for learning recent culinary skills and contributing to a dynamic kitchen team
