Cultivate Café is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients, take pride in consistency, and thrive in a fast-paced brunch environment, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for someone who values teamwork, works with urgency, and is committed to producing high-quality food every plate, every time.

Position Details

- Part-time (4–5 days per week)
- 5–6 hour daytime shifts
- Weekend availability is required

What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu, and assist with baking items to Cultivate Café's standards
- Set up and stock your station before service
- Execute tickets efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work station
- Assist with prep and closing duties
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
- Help minimize waste and maintain product quality

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant
- Strong understanding of breakfast and brunch service is an asset




- Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
