Duties

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely
- Cook a variety of dishes with attention to detail, timing, and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in serving food promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests while providing friendly and attentive service
- Follow all food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling,



and rotation of ingredients to prevent waste and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periodsSkills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
- Excellent understanding of serving protocols and customer service principles within a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment usage, cleaning routines, and basic maintenance tasks
