Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
- Participate in menu planning and development as needed

Skills

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues




- Familiarity with meal preparation and serving techniques
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to continuous learning

Positions Available
- Kitchen Helper (several) – Part-time, starting at $18.5/hr
- Line Cook (5) – Full time, starting at $21/hr (up to $23/hr with 2yrs experience & fish-cutting skills)
- Supervisor (2) – Full time only, starting at $25/hr (2yrs experienced candidates)
