Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line

Cook will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food safety standards and deliver delicious meals to our valued guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness




- Assist in plating dishes attractively for presentation purposes
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
