We are not an assembly line, you need to be skilled in all areas of fabrication and welding. We are looking for people with strong trouble shooting skills who enjoy working in a busy but well organized environment with a wide variety of work.



Must be a great team player who will enjoy working with others that share the same core values: Hard Work, Ethics, Accountability, Results, Teamwork. We start our day at our shop in Agassiz at 6:30am Monday - Friday with a toolbox talk and assign work for the day to each team. Being in the service industry, we aim for 10 hour days, but we work until the job is done and our customers are back up and running. Pay is calculated from 6:30am until you get back to the shop with overtime after 8 hours.
