Key Responsibilities:



• Provide expert legal guidance on complex employment matters • Manage high-risk employment litigation and disputes • Oversee interactions with labor authorities and investigations • Lead cross-functional projects including restructurings • Draft and negotiate employment contracts and policies

Requirements: • 7+ years in employment law, in-house or private practice • Expertise in French employment law required • Fluent in English and French; Spanish or German a plus • Proven ability to manage high-risk litigation independently • Strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills
