ResponsibilitiesDrive and support product vision from concept to productionProactively understand and incorporate user learnings to know when to enhance or sunset existing productsProvide cross-organizational and cross-disciplinary solutions across the companyUse creative process and design thinking to improve productsSupport business stakeholders to create or improve marketing campaign strategies and their effectivenessLaunch, manage and optimize digital feature enhancements across all channels, and closely monitor, measure, and report on feature performanceProvide thought leadership through hard-hitting, high quality data analysis and researchEvaluate new product concepts for viability and present them to senior stakeholders for approvalConvert ideas into design concepts to provide direction to UX and UI DesignersBe able to listen well, effectively negotiate, and diplomatically manage conflicting points of view, as well as influence others in an organization to ensure alignment and progressTrain stakeholders on new products and interfaces, including new features and customer experienceBe able to work with and manage outside vendors and agencies, and own stewardship of their work and deliverablesPropose and identify ground-breaking solutions that can be executed once approved by stakeholdersDemonstrates ability to attract senior talentFacilitates understanding of broader organizational tenets and strategic goals for departmentRecognizes trends for larger-scale development needs within and across teams and builds plans to develop skillsShares talent development best practices across organizationAudits department goals to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals; is accountable for department performance against goalsSets high performance standards for departmentPlans and advocates for department resourcesDevelops and communicates department vision that supports the broader organizational visionEnsures team culture consistently demonstrates alignment with leadership principles; visibly ties departmentdecisions to leadership principles and tenetsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm 's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications10+ years of relevant work experience8+ years UX design experience8+ years of experience designing delightful user experiences for a range of responsive desktop, web and native mobile apps5+ years and expertise in Figma and other relevant UX design and research software tools.3+ years experience within software development domain3+ leading projects in technical domain.Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-orientedExperience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based servicesExperience in affecting large culture changeExperience leading infrastructure programsSkilled at working with third party service providersExceptional communication and presentation skills.Financial services and/or fintech industry experience preferred.EducationBachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience ( Master’s degree preferred)Job DetailsJob Family Group: TechnologyJob Family: Digital Design EngineeringTime Type:
