Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times during meal preparation and service
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service delivery

Skills

- Proven experience in serving,



food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong understanding of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service excellence is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
