Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Line Crew Lead Hand to support and guide our ramp operations team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe day-to-day operations of aircraft ground handling, while setting the standard for professionalism and service quality.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, team leader, and safety-focused individual with a solid background in aircraft servicing and ramp operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support line crew in daily ramp and hangar operations
- Oversee marshalling, towing, parking, and repositioning of aircraft
- Perform aircraft fuelling and ensure proper fuel quality and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate aircraft lavatory servicing, potable water replenishment, and basic turnaround services
- Conduct inspections of ramp, hangars, and equipment; report or correct any safety issues
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new line crew members
- Communicate directly with pilots, passengers, and operations staff to ensure exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ramp, hangar, and FBO facility
- Monitor and manage FBO inventory and supplies




- Operate ground support equipment and ensure proper maintenance and use
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational issues in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Enforce safety and company policies and ensure team compliance at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Work Environment This role requires both indoor (hangar and terminal) and outdoor (aircraft ramp) work in all weather conditions. The position involves physical labor, exposure to aircraft operations, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a team environment.
- Prior experience in aircraft ground handling or FBO operations (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary aviation-related education is an asset)
- Experience operating ground service equipment (GPU, tugs, belt loaders, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$30.97 per hour
