POSITION: LOAN ANALYST Overview

We are seeking a pro-active individual to fill the role of Loan Analyst. In this role you’ll be supporting our team of Loan Managers by doing the behind the scenes work necessary to take a loan from “first client contact” to “successfully funded”. Responsibilities:

· Learn and understand our business, including the types of loans we make and the general terms and conditions of our loans. (We will provide this training, but we expect you to be engaged in this education.)

· Fill in template loan documents, forms, and related spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

· Enter data into Salesforce and keep records up to date for document and report generation.

· Correspond with clients and their advisors in a clear and professional manner. · Conduct "KYC" (Know Your Client) due diligence to ensure compliance.

· Assist the Loan Managers in project managing files to ensure all requirements are met, identify any outstanding information needed, and all compliance boxes are checked in order to fund the loan.

· Initiate the renewal process by sending out notification letters and requesting information 90 days in advance. Follow-up for timely delivery of outstanding documents and payments.

· Send DocuSign packages and download and save executed documents as appropriate.

· Set-up banking transactions. · Prepare and manage invoices related to loan transactions. · Entering loan transactions (advances, repayments, interest reserve, and fees) into our loan management software (MLM)



and Quickbooks.

· Entering direction to pay details into Salesforce to facilitate loan advancement.

· Manage month-end loan reconciliation.

· Keep client folders in Outlook organized.

· Generally assist our Loan Managers in serving our clients. WHO YOU ARE:

Must Haves

· At least 2 years of experience in a loan analyst or similar role.

· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail skills.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams). · Proficiency in Salesforce.

· Comfortable and fluency with numbers and financial transactions.

· Pro-active, positive, can-do attitude. Nice to Haves:

· Experience using AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude, to improve productivity and organize information.

· Experience with life insurance products.

· An accounting or finance background.

· Experience with a fully remote company.
