We're looking for an enthusiastic Lodge Attendant/Shuttle Driver to help create exceptional experiences for our visitors! This is a part time, weekend position (Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays day time) until the fall season ends (approximately the end of October), with the potential to also work during the winter season.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle truck to transport up the mountain, as well as assist guests with loading and unloading bikes.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lodge common areas and kitchen
- Support daily lodge operations such as the purchase of memberships, day passes and rental equipment
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Solid communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Proven experience in customer service roles is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods
