Cosmetic Labs Canada (CLC) is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment , learning new technology, working with equipment, and being part of the day-to-day movement of products from production to shipment, we’d like to hear from you.

Position: Logistics & Processing Assistant

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Job Posting Open: August 10–22, 2026

Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

Position Type: On-site. Wage: Min- $22 hr

Responsibilities

- Receive and organize incoming materials, packaging and orders
- Pick, prepare and ship customer orders
- Package and label raw materials and finished products
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment
- Assist with order processing and inventory movement
- Prepare shipments and shipping documentation
- Maintain clean and organized processing, packaging and shipping areas
- Learn and use company software and technology
- Assist the production and logistics teams as required
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements and quality standards

Required Skills

- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Must be able to safely lift and move 70+ lbs as required for the position
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Comfortable learning to operate packaging,



labeling and processing equipment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Able to stay organized and accurate in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work on-site in Sault Ste. Marie

Requirements The following are considered assets but are not required:

- Diploma or education in processing, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or a related field
- Previous shipping and receiving experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Experience operating packaging or labeling equipment
