Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting with vehicle movements, and providing excellent guest services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a energetic environment where customer satisfaction and attention to detail are valued. Bilingual skills and dealership experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Park and organize vehicles on the dealership lot to maintain an orderly and professional appearance

- Transport vehicles between the dealership and the service department or mechanic as required

- Pick up and deliver vehicles to external locations when necessary, including trips to ServiceOntario

- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as routine battery changes

- Clean and prepare vehicles before customer deliveries to ensure they are presented in excellent condition





- Assist with general lot organization and vehicle movement to support sales and service operations

Skills

- Prior dealership experience is preferred but not required

- Strong guest service and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management

- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base

- Basic cash handling skills for processing payments or deposits when necessary

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for moving vehicles and performing manual tasks

- Attention to detail to ensure the lot remains organized, safe, and visually appealing

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
