Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lounge Floor Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations of the lounge area, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in customer service, food presentation, and operational efficiency, creating a vibrant environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Duties

- Supervise daily lounge operations, including food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to uphold service excellence and teamwork
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are consistently met in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Train and retraining of staffs
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for timely restocking
- Enforce health and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols

Requirements

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development




- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, serving practices, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a rapid-paced setting
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable; barista experience is a plus
- Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a positive team culture
