Business Development Manager– Logistics & Freight (3PL)

Mississauga, ON · Hybrid (in office, WFH and Client Visits)

Base: $55,000 – $85,000 (negotiable) based on experience

Commission: Paid on Gross Margin | OTE: $115K-$150K | Uncapped

THE INDUSTRY

Logistics & Freight – LTL, TL, and 3PL. Cross-border capability into the US. Real-time tracking infrastructure. A team that's lean enough that your wins are visible.

This company already has some large name brands in their portfolio for TL.

THE NEEDS

— 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in 3PL — non-negotiable

— Proven track record closing freight business

— You know how to build a pipeline from zero





— Strong negotiator who holds margin without losing clients

— Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working without hand-holding THE ROLE

Own the full sales cycle.

Prospect, qualify, close, and manage accounts.

Develop customized logistics solutions.

Negotiate pricing and service terms.

Work directly with operations to deliver on what you sold. You are not a coordinator — you are a closer.
