Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop service plans based on client needs
• Provide referrals for critical services such as shelter and healthcare
• Advocate on behalf of clients with institutions and schools

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Services or Social Sciences
• 2 years of experience working with newcomers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software
• Valid class 5 license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Fluent in Arabic and English
