Role Description This full time remote Machine Learning Engineer role focuses on designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that support clients’ data-driven initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, selecting appropriate algorithms, training and evaluating models, and optimizing performance for real-world use cases. The role involves collaborating with consultants, data analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions and to communicate findings clearly.

The Machine Learning

Engineer will also help maintain production ML pipelines,



document methodologies, and contribute to best practices in model governance, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience implementing efficient and scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition, including experience with model evaluation, feature engineering, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Comfort working with programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python), and with data tools (e.g., SQL, pandas).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in remote teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience deploying models to production environments and working with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
- Background in consulting, data analytics, or business process optimization is a plus.
