Reports To: Production Lead Shift / Assignment: AM or PM, assigned by cell Compensation: $20–$23/hour Position Summary Runs assigned production equipment to produce on-spec product safely and efficiently, following established SOPs. The entry point into the machine operations career path.

Key Responsibilities Set up, run, and monitor assigned equipment per SOPs to produce on-spec product.

Perform basic quality checks during the run and flag out-of-spec product.





Ensure equipment is performing to expected daily outputs; report non-performance to the Cell Lead.

Ensure all guarding and safety measures are in place and functioning before commencing operation.

Perform routine equipment cleaning and operator-level care per schedule.

Report equipment issues to the Cell Lead rather than attempting repairs.

Follow all safety and GPP procedures.

Qualifications & Experience No prior experience required; training provided on assigned equipment.

Comfortable following detailed SOPs and adapting to different equipment across cells.
