What are we looking for? Act as the Manufacturing Co-op and be a member of the Machining Team. You will be working closely to support a number of continuous improvement projects and variety of assignments to promote the optimization of processes. Co-op Term Duration: September 2026 - December 2026 Essential Responsibilities - Completing Tasks related to monitoring/trending and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
- Assist with troubleshooting and solving problems related to process efficiency, product quality, throughput and yield.
- Assistingininvestigationsthroughdatacompilationandstatisticalanalysistodetermineroot cause to atypical events.
- Assistingwithnewproductproveoutandqualificationactivitiesonproductionequipment.
- Assistingwithvalidatingpurchasednoblecomponentstofacilitatesupplierqualificationsand continuous improvement.
- Compilationandanalysisofprocessdata.Presentingresultsandpreparingreports - Contributingtoprocessimprovementprojects,suchasLeanandSixSigmainitiatives - Preparationanddatacheckingtechnicalreports.
- Involvementinchangemanagementactivities - UseofERPenterprisesoftwaretosourceinformationand navigatebusinessoperations.
- SupportsTechnicalOperationsdepartmentwithprocessexecutions.
- Qualifications/Requirements - Inprocessofcompletingdegreeinarelateddiscipline,suchasManufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics - Experienceworkingwithinamanufacturingsetting.

Characteristics - Knowledge of working with AutoCAD & Inventor would be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of CNC Mill/Lathe.
- Knowledge of operating manual Mill and Lathe.
- Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Desire to learn about the technical process of engine component/manufacturing.
- Qualified demeanor/customer service oriented.
- Ability to muti-task and deliver key objectives within established timelines.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle and/or other ERP systems preferred.
