Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping professional to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained environment that supports operational excellence. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, managing housekeeping duties, and supporting facility operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

- Main duties:
- - Conduct preventive maintenance

- - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as drywall patching, bathroom / windows caulking, plumbing, painting, electrical repairs, to ensure operational continuity

- - Lawn mowing, snow blowing, yard work





- Other duties includes:
- - Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of all facility areas, including offices, restrooms, bedrooms and common spaces

Requirements

- able to work in-door and out-door
- some experience as a handyman is a bonus
- training will be provided
