Maintenance Planning Manager (YQT or YXL) Location Thunder Bay or Sioux Lookout Status Full Time Shift Monday- Friday Department Maintenance Deadline Until Filled Job Summary Wasaya Airways is seeking a Maintenance Planning Manager to coordinate scheduled aircraft maintenance across its fleets and operating bases. The role is responsible for maintenance forecasting, work-package preparation, aircraft downtime planning, and coordinating labour, parts, tooling, facilities, vendors, and technical requirements.

Job Duties and Qualifications - Aviation or maintenance-planning experience, - Strong organizational and analytical skills, - The ability to manage multiple aircraft, deadlines, and priorities - Solid written and verbal communication skills; - An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license, project-management training, aviation management experience, and knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations would be considered assets.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook,



Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and related systems; - The ability to communicate in Oji-Cree or Ojibway is an asset.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of First Nations Organizations is an asset.

Working Conditions - Travel to Company operating bases; - Work under changing priorities and operational deadlines; - Wear required personal protective equipment;

Physical Requirements - Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.

- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
