Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range)

: Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- One (1) year experience in a maintenance setting (commercial or industrial)

Education

- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act

Other Education and Training

- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required.
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
