This role is responsible for ensuring all camp facilities, equipment and systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for camp infrastructure, including accommodations, kitchens, HVAC, water treatment systems, and power generation.

- Lead and schedule the maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility‑related issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgement.

Qualifications - Trade Certificate (electrical, plumber, carpentry, HVAC) an asset

- 2 years of maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience an asset
- Valid G License with Clean Driver Record
