Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assist with equipment installations, alignment, setup, and commissioning.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.




- Perform general facility maintenance, including servicing pumps, compressors, ventilation systems, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues before failures occur.
- Work with external contractors and service providers when specialized maintenance or repairs are required.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Robust mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment is preferred.
- GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding experience is an asset.
