Field Deployment Technician Posted on June 18, 2025 Location: Lockney, Texas Job Type: Contract / Temporary Project Start Date: TBD Estimated Duration: 1-2 days Pay: $35/hr or $400/day (Travel stipend available) Job Description VeeMost Technologies Inc. is seeking a reliable Field Deployment Technician for a short-term project involving the rack and stack of 27 Meraki switches and the installation of 20 Meraki access points (APs) at a client site in Lockney, Texas. This is a physical installation role only - all configuration will be performed remotely by our engineering team. Responsibilities Rack and mount Meraki switches into racks or cabinets Mount access points on ceilings or walls using the provided layouts Route, terminate,



and manage Ethernet patch cables Label all equipment and cabling per the provided standards Assist remote engineers by verifying link lights or basic connectivity Maintain a clean and professional work area on-site Requirements 1+ year of experience in field tech, low-voltage cabling, or structured cabling installations Proficiency with tools: drill, ladder, cable tester, crimper, label maker, etc. Ability to follow installation diagrams or site layout plans Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at height using ladders Professional and punctual with valuable communication skills Preferred (Not Required) OSHA 10/30 certification Experience working in MDF/IDF environments Familiarity with Cisco/Meraki hardware #J-18808-Ljbffr
