OverviewThe Manager will be responsible for helping manage the company’s foreign exchange risk management programs, serving as a trusted advisor on foreign currency issues. The role is part of the Treasury team within the Finance organization and focuses on exposure analysis, trading, projects, and other key activities requiring FX insights. The Manager works closely with Treasury functions and builds relationships externally and internally with cross‑functional teams to drive project success. Work is hybrid, office 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor and partner with cross‑functional teams on FX mattersDevelop, recommend, and implement FX risk management strategiesIdentify and analyze FX exposures across the company to prudently mitigate riskExecute FX trades including derivatives with bank counterpartiesManage balance sheet hedging and support multi‑currency cash management needsReview FX results in partnership with Controllership and develop management reportingSupport FX project activities for strategic transactions, tax, and business initiativesPartner with Treasury and IT staff to maintain and streamline FX‑related systemsEnsure compliance with SOX and Treasury policies relevant to FXRequired Experience / SkillsBachelor’s degree in economics/finance or other quantitative fieldCFA, CPA, MBA, or similar relevant qualifications preferred4–6 years experience in a corporate treasury, banking, or consulting role preferredKnowledge and experience with trading derivative instruments (e.G., swaps, NDFs,



options)Experience with FX Trading platforms (e.G., FXall, Bloomberg) and related technology preferredExperience with TMS and ERP systems (e.G., Oracle, Workday) preferredKnowledge of technical accounting related to foreign currency and investmentsStrong business acumen (including understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles)Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detailExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsHighly self‑motivated, proactive, and diligent with the ability to collaborate effectively in a agile environmentCompensation (Ontario)The base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 107,200 to CAD 147,400 annually.
