MessageWay / Seeburger Support Analyst (Managed File Transfer, SFTP, Automation, Linux/Windows) Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-4 Days WFO)

Experience Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.

MessageWay / Seeburger experience would be an added advantage.

Similar managed file transfer solutions Robust understanding of secure file transfer protocols: SFTP

Experience in: Automating file transfer workflows

Monitoring tools Knowledge of: Enterprise integrations

Data exchange solutions Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong familiarity with: MessageWay / Seeburger configuration

File Transfer Management Experience with: Linux/Unix environments

Windows Server environments Knowledge of scripting languages: Shell

PowerShell Configure and maintain: SSH keys for secure partner connections

Alerts Ensure high availability and reliability of file transfer systems.

Provide Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting and resolving file transfer issues.

Collaborate with internal teams: IT

DevOps

Other teams Ensure smooth file transfer operations.

Perform root cause analysis on file transfer failures and implement corrective actions.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for: Configurations

Workflows

Troubleshooting procedures Perform Windows OS server patching.
