Description Du Poste
Vous collaborez avec le directeur de l’usine ainsi qu’avec les leaders d’affaires nord-américains pour surveiller la performance opérationnelle, développer des plans stratégiques, des budgets, des prévisions et des analyses financières afin de faciliter la prise de décision et d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise.
L’analyste des coûts veille à l’exactitude des coûts afin de permettre les meilleures décisions financières qui maximisent les objectifs stratégiques nord-américains.Vous souhaitez faire une différence et travailler au sein d’une équipe diverse et soudée? Nous aimerions avoir de vos nouvelles!
Activités principales

- En collaboration avec l’analyste des coûts, aider à la révision des comptes, y compris l’explication des écarts entre les résultats réels, le budget et les prévisions, et effectuer des enquêtes sur ces écarts.
- Assister l’analyste dans des projets spécifiques liés aux sites de fabrication.
- Contribuer au développement des capacités, des outils et des rapports permettant à la fonction Finance d’influencer et de favoriser une meilleure prise de décision au sein de l’organisation.

Connaissances et compétences nécessaires

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
- Titre CPA et/ou MBA un atout
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Penseur dynamique et innovant avec d’excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Compétences intermédiaires/avancées en MS Excel
- Expérience avec de grands ensembles de données




- Connaissance de SQL (un atout) – pour se connecter à un entrepôt de données

Job Summary
You will collaborate with the plant manager, as well as the North American business leaders, to monitor operational performance, develop strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to facilitate decision-making and to meet the business’s strategic targets.

Principal Responsibilities

- In collaboration with the cost analysts, assist with reviewing accounts, including variance explanations of actuals vs budget vs forecast, and conduct investigations of these variances.
- Assist the analyst in a specific project related to the manufacturing location.
- Help develop the capabilities, tools, and reports to enable Finance to influence and drive better decision-making in the organization.

Qualifications & Experience





- In collaboration with the cost analyst help with review of accounts including variance explanations of actuals vs budget vs forecast and perform investigations of these variances.
- Assist analyst in specific project related to manufacturing location.
- Help develop the capabilities, tools, and reports to enable Finance to influence and drive better decision-making in the organization.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
- Working with large data sets
- SQL (nice to have) – to connect to Datawarehouse
