Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two (2) Managers, Financial Planning & Analysis, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. These positions are hybrid opportunities and are based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

- Serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned business unit, providing strategic financial advice and supporting key operational and business decisions.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while helping business leaders identify opportunities to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support earnings, cash flow, and capital decisions.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that drive business performance.
- Review investment proposals, capital requests, and business cases to ensure sound financial analysis, governance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Foster a culture of financial accountability by strengthening financial processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



and enhancing financial knowledge across the business.

Who you’ll work with: The Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Modelling & Advisory, you'll collaborate with Vice Presidents, Directors, and leaders across your assigned business unit, as well as partners throughout Finance, including Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. Together, you'll provide financial leadership that supports informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Finance and:

- Have 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Finance or Accounting.
- Hold a professional designation (CPA/CFA/CBV).
