Lead and provide mentorship for the Mechanical Engineering and Structural Engineering team for surface Support other Corporate Engineering and Integrity initiatives Safety leader in all stages of engineering design and execution with a track record in risk identification and effective mitigation Support and collaborate with Operations, Capital and Maintenance on the prioritization of maintenance engineering as needs arise Accountable for the adherence to governance policies including APEGS bylaws and OHS Regulations as well as other codes, standards and specifications Champion stakeholder engagement and collaboration on and across sites creating a culture of trust to foster innovation Promote and introduces industry best practices and technologies to the engineering and operations teams Adhere to and support the development of maintenance operational expenditure budgets.
