At Bushbalm, you'll be an integral part of our HR team, reporting to the HR Manager. We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with 1-3 years of HR experience. Your role will encompass supporting the talent acquisition process, managing HR administration tasks, and enhancing employee experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate communications • Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes for current hires • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases • Support payroll administration and benefits management • Assist with HR compliance and generate related reports

Requirements: • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRIS, or similar tools • Experience in fast-paced workplace settings • CHRP designation or progress towards certification
