Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food quality to uphold the restaurant’s standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Implement operational policies, monitor sales performance, and optimize workflow efficiency.




- Conduct regular staff meetings, facilitate teamwork, and promote a positive hospitality atmosphere.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills; capable of interviewing candidates and building cohesive teams.
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality industry preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.
