Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized materials coordinator to support our production operations. This role acts as a key link between Production, Purchasing, Inventory and Management by maintaining accurate records, coordinating materials and supporting scheduling and reporting functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Count, track, and maintain accurate inventory of materials, parts, tools, and safety gear
- Perform daily regular cycle counts
- Review BOM's to ensure parts accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels using a range of inventory management tools, systems and controls
- Submit orders through ERP
- Coordinate with Inventory team to manage MOQ's, Lead times and Primary vendor updates
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to ensure materials arrive on time to support production schedules
- Coordinate with Production manager and Shop lead to maintain production schedules and reports




- Coordinate with Technical team to create new inventory items for new product development
- Coordinate with Vendors and Purchasing team for defective parts and returns
- Perform quality checks on materials received to ensure they meet specifications using technical documents
- Restock materials promptly upon receipt.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in inventory control, materials coordination, or a related role preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Purchasing and Production teams
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

This full time position is available ASAP. **The wage will be based on your skill, experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
